Sales Director-North Chicago

Achieves individual sales goals and leads the sales team utilizing the Company’s marketing and sales philosophies and techniques to successfully achieve community sales goals. Establishes and maintains a friendly team environment where a collaborative and supportive setting leads to achieving and exceeding goals.

Education and Experience:
*Education: Bachelor’s Degree is required
*Work Experience: Minimum of 10 years of sales experience in leadership and management of multiple salespeople is required. Previous senior living industry experience is preferred. Proven individual sales experience as a top producer is required.
*Licensure / Certification: Must possess a valid and current driver’s license, where applicable.
