We’re currently hiring a motivated and energetic Service Agreement Sales Professional to help grow our commercial service base. In this role, you’ll prospect new clients, strengthen relationships with existing ones, and present HVAC service and maintenance agreements directly to business owners and facility managers. This work will include quoting service repairs to your customer base and small project work.

Responsibilities
- Generate new business through cold calling, networking, and field canvassing.
- Estimate and quote service-based projects / small replacements.
- Develop and present tailored service agreement proposals to new and existing
clients. - Schedule and coordinate on-site surveys and assessments.
- Write and submit sales contracts and service agreements for processing.
- Provide outstanding, ongoing customer support and client follow-up.
- Build a referral network and continuously look for new business opportunities.
- Complete required reports, documentation, and CRM updates in a timely
manner.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of outside HVAC sales experience.
- Strong B2B sales and negotiation skills.
- Familiarity with HVAC systems, facilities management, and mechanical service.
- Proficient with CRM tools, and standard office software.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and follow-up abilities.
- Must be able to reliably commute within 30 miles of Northbrook, IL
