- Acts as administrator to all revenue cycle systems, such as, but not limited to, Availity, Waystar, and Front Runner. Ensures timely assignment and termination of logins for LifeScan Labs and outsourced Revenue Cycle Team.
- Actively manages payer websites as administrator and assigns logins to revenue cycle internal and external team members to assure HIPAA compliance. Maintains records of all logins assigned and effective dates; proactively works with payer representatives to renew logins prior to website termination.
- Maintains all master files for the accounts receivable system and revenue cycle vendor systems.
- Bachelor’s Degree in business, information systems, finance, or related field required.
- 5+ years-experience analyzing and interpreting large data sets within finance or the revenue cycle in a professional billing setting.
- 3+ years-experience analyzing, documenting, and driving workflow efficiencies.
