- Supervise and review accounting functions on a monthly, quarterly and annual closing basis.
- Prepare Balance Sheet Schedule Analysis, Variance Analysis and tracking of Construction & Fixed Assets schedules.
- Prepare Lender and JV Partner Compliance Financial Reports and any applicable Draw Packages.
- Lead the accounting of Asset Sales and Acquisitions.
