- Ensure all phlebotomy positions are scheduled and covered. Work with staffing difficulties with HR& DOO
- Supervise the training of all phlebotomists. Ensure all paperwork is done.
- Implement all requirements are met for all our phlebotomists by the required timelines.
- Make recommendations on staffing needs
- Perform all evaluations for staff reports (phlebotomist)
- Monitor and log all sick time utilization and provide reports.
- Monitor and provide a monthly order error rate report
- Directly and indirectly supervise all phlebotomists
- Monitor appropriate logs to make sure all draws are being performed as required
- Monitor and supervise the drawing, ordering and processing of care homes
- Recruit as available, interview and make recommendations to fill personnel vacancies
- Process all timecards
