 Daily administration, operation & documentation of physical and virtual server infrastructure environments.
 Day-to-day network administration including security and patch management, user account management, M365 administration and applications support.
 Proactively manage, maintain, and optimize server, network, security application and firewall systems.
 Assist in integration and documentation of new applications and technologies.
 Define and document best practices and support procedures; Train users and team members at the technical level in the proper use of hardware and software, as needed.
 Interact with vendors at the technical level as required.
 Build & install physical and virtual servers by providing technical configuration, setup, installation services, and coordination of application projects.
 Participate in an afterhours rotating call schedule.

High School Diploma/G.E.D required, plus five years minimum related experience with computers, servers and networks which includes providing customer service in a technological environment with a documented Microsoft Certification history.
 Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
 Ability to present ideas and communicate information in a user-friendly language and manner.
 Experience with virtualization (i.e. VMware, HCI, Microsoft Hypervisor, etc..) and both physical and virtual server backup systems.
 Understanding of daily tasks based on Microsoft technologies (Microsoft SQL, Microsoft Exchange, Microsoft 365, Microsoft Remote Desktop Services, etc.).
