Primary Responsibilities:
Manage full cycle onboarding, including facilitating orientation for Covid-19, Phlebotomy and HR as needed. Monitor and ensuring completion of Onboarding in HRIS.
• Input new hires into Onboarding for Orientation and ensure completion of new hire paper work.
• Audit and maintain all internal files- digital and hard copy employee files.
• Maintain data integrity and reporting in HRIS system as necessary and requested by leadership.
• First point of contact for and assists employees and answer queries as necessary.
• Consult with front line managers on their people practices, employee/ manager conflict mediation and problem resolution.
5-7 years of HR experience.
Human Resources Generalist
