Position Responsibilities

• Lead month-end close process and review of the financial statements.
• Lead contact for yearly audit and tax review.
• Manage Treasury operations and all tax filings.
• Assess current accounting operations, offering recommendations for improvement and implement new processes.
• Proactively provide insightful, actionable and accurate financial reporting analysis to key business owners in the organization and must be able to communicate the information so others can understand.
• Assemble periodic and ad-hoc analysis reports on company operations.
• Build successful partnerships with key internal customers and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with a major in Finance or Accounting.
• 10+ years of Accounting/Finance experience. CPA preferred.
• Exceptional communication skills – both written and verbal, as well as strong interpersonal and teamwork skills that foster a collaborative and continuous improvement environment.
• Well adept in Microsoft Excel & Word. NetSuite experience preferred.
