The Supervisor, Client Services is responsible for the revenue cycle processes related to client invoicing, invoice integrity, client portal management, and client transaction reporting. The Supervisor
collaborates with Account Managers to manage insurance registration and account errors that adversely impact insurance claim processes minimizing client invoicing inaccuracies. The incumbent fosters and builds productive relationships with clients and responds timely to invoice inquiries or
disputes.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree in business, information systems, finance, or related field required.
5+ years-experience in customer relations or client services required; Healthcare service provider setting preferred.
3+ years-experience supervising a customer relations or client services support team required.
Supervisory Responsibilities: May supervise upwards of 8-10 direct reports.
