Responsibilities:

*Exhibit outstanding leadership skills, leading by example. Motivate, train, evaluate, record and report team members performance and progress.

*Assist Management in establishing weekly/monthly goals, ensure team members are utilizing all resources and meeting and/or surpassing weekly/monthly targets.

*Employs measures to expedite claim adjudication through enhancement of electronic and manual processes. Conduct audits of all team members to ensure accuracy.

*Ensures week/month end cash applications closing process is completed timely. Compile and process patient information for prompt processing.

* Resolve payment discrepancies with clients and employees.
