* Developing and maintaining relationships with lenders, operating tenants and internal team members across multiple departments.

*Executing and monitoring reoccurring tasks related to the portfolio, i.e. invoicing, rent collection, financial reporting, licensure, insurance, regulatory compliance, etc.
* Monthly analyze and evaluate financial statements (including income statement, balance sheet and cash flow statement), identify notable positive and negative variances to the overall portfolio performance. Communicate performance both internally to the C-suite and externally to lenders and/or other invested parties.
*Regularly conduct reviews with tenant operators related to performance as identified in the monthly analysis.
* Work with the analyst team to proactively identify strategic areas of opportunity in portfolio markets that can be presented to tenant operators with the intent of improving quality and bottom-line performance.
*Rigorously monitor and evaluate regulatory performance to assure the tenant operator is maximizing the success of resident care as measured through survey results.
*Annually (bi-annually if warranted), tour each facility in the portfolio; with greater ad hoc.

Required Qualifications:
*Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a multi-facility long-term care environment. Preference is for experience to be in the SNF sector.
*Resourceful and committed, with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
*Self-motivated; ability to take initiative

*Must be willing to travel 25%-30%
*Advanced skills in Excel
*A Plus: Passion for long-term care strategy and finance.
